Ya know. I have a really hard time admitting that Ya know. I have a really hard time admitting that things are hard. That life is hard. Especially admitting it to myself. I *think* that in order to keep up this strong exterior, or to be worthy of being considered strong, I need to not allow myself to admit the hard stuff. My pride learned some lessons this past year, as well as my definition of my own worth. I also learned the difference between taking on a challenge and living with a mindset of struggle. Sister. You don’t have to live in the struggle in order to be worthy of anything. Admitting your weakness takes much more strength than ignoring the insanity you’re putting yourself through. You don’t need to struggle to be successful, worthy, or loved. Our search for worth isn’t found in our achievements. It’s found in our alignment. When we are at peace with our thoughts, feelings, hurts, dreams, goals, boundaries, and even our weaknesses. When we practice authenticity in our daily lives, letting go of who we think we are supposed to be or accomplish and instead embrace who we are and stay in our window of tolerance (more on that later) we find alignment, peace and calm as our truest selves.
