It’s Monday. I don’t know about you, but I sti It’s Monday. Getting unstuck and stepping into our best selves requires us to let go. I get it. Letting go is uncomfortable and scary - especially if you’re a control freak like me 😬🙈 But until we learn to let go, we can’t move forward. We need to let those old things die in order for new to grow. Our brave requires us to be in perpetual becoming. When we are walking in our brave, our goal is not to remain the same but to live in such a way that each day, year, moment, relationship, conversation, and crisis is the material we use to become a truer, more brave version of ourselves. I’ll admit. I’ve not always been good at this I’ll admit. I’ve not always been good at this positive thing. I called myself a realist - and in many ways I still do try to stay grounded. BUT. I remember asking a friend HOW to start thinking more positively. 🤦🏻‍♀️ It all started with mindset. Choosing to think about the good things, no matter how little they were. Which usually turned into thoughts of gratitude. But it started with just thinking about the positive things in my day - like a good cup of coffee, warm fuzzy socks, or the sun being out. There’s always something good, no matter how bad or hard life may be. Once you practice shifting your mindset and self talk, your body starts to feel the positive and you start making positive lifestyle choices, which then leads to your soul feeling more at peace because you are more centered and grounded.
